Privacy Policy

When you submit a Meta Lead Ads form or our website contact form, we receive only the information you enter yourself:

• your name;
• your phone number (and, if you provide it, your email address);
• your answers to the form questions about your furniture or interior request — for example, the type of piece (kitchen, wardrobe, bespoke furniture), the property or room, approximate dimensions, preferred style, budget range and timeline;
• the date and time of submission and the name of the campaign or form through which you contacted us.

We do not collect payment card details, government ID numbers or any other sensitive data through these forms. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18.

We use the data listed above exclusively to:

• contact you by phone, WhatsApp, email or messenger to discuss your request;
• provide a consultation on interior design, renovation or custom furniture;
• prepare a preliminary cost estimate and a commercial proposal;
• arrange a site visit or a showroom meeting if you request one;
• keep a record of our communication so that we can continue the conversation without asking you to repeat yourself.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling. We may send you follow-up messages related to your request only; you can ask us to stop at any time.

Our lead forms are hosted by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). When you submit a form, Meta collects your responses and transmits them to us through the Meta Lead Ads tools, including the Meta Business Suite, the Leads Center and, where enabled, an integration with our CRM or email.

Meta processes your data as an independent controller under its own Privacy Policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy) and Terms of Service. Meta may pre-fill the form with information from your Facebook or Instagram profile; you can edit this information before submitting.

We access lead data only through Meta’s official tools and authorised integrations. We do not use lead data for advertising audiences unless you separately agree to it, and we do not upload your data back to Meta for targeting purposes.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you voluntarily submit the form, and on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract for our services. Where applicable, we also rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our work.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us; this will not affect processing already carried out.

Your data is available to a limited number of people and services:

• SOVA project managers and designers who handle your enquiry;
• Meta Platforms, Inc. — as the provider of the lead form (see section 3);
• our email and messaging providers (for example Google Workspace, WhatsApp) used to communicate with you;
• our CRM or lead-management tools used to store and organise enquiries;
• our website hosting provider (Vercel) and transactional email provider (Resend) for forms submitted on sovainterior.ae.

All providers act under contractual obligations of confidentiality and process data only on our instructions. Some providers may store data outside the UAE, including in the European Union and the United States, under appropriate safeguards.

We keep lead data for as long as it is needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so that we can resume the conversation if you return to us. If you become our client, your data is kept for the duration of the contract and for the period required by UAE accounting and tax law.

Data inside Meta’s Leads Center is retained by Meta for 90 days from submission and is then automatically deleted on Meta’s side; our own copy is subject to the retention terms above.

We use access-controlled accounts with two-factor authentication, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and reputable cloud services with industry-standard security. Access to lead data is limited to team members who need it to work with you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

Regardless of where you live, you may at any time:

• request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten");
• ask us to stop contacting you or to restrict processing;
• withdraw your consent;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may ask you to confirm your identity — for example, by replying from the phone number or email used in the form — before acting on a request.

To have your data deleted, send a message with the word "Delete" and the name or phone number you used in the form to any of the contacts below. We will delete your data from our records and from our CRM and email tools within 30 days and confirm this to you. Data we are legally required to retain (for example, in invoices) will be kept only for the period required by law and will not be used for any other purpose.

You can also delete the data Meta holds about your form submissions in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or by contacting Meta directly.

Our website sovainterior.ae uses privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) that do not set identifying cookies and do not track you across websites. Meta may use its own cookies and pixels on Facebook and Instagram in accordance with its Cookie Policy; we do not control these.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at sovainterior.ae/privacy-policy with the date of the latest update. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
